Shipping
The majority of our jewelry is made to order and usually completed within 2-3 business days. Once the order has been processed and completed,it will be insured, shipped and the tracking information will be provided to you via email.
Business and shipping days are Monday through Friday, we do not process any orders on Saturday or Sunday.
*We ship via USPS, and UPS. Please note that USPS and UPS do not count the day of package pick up/drop off as a day in transit. UPS Ground and USPS generally take up to 3-6 business days in transit, but please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.
If a product will take longer to ship, we will notify you via e-mail. If faster shipping is required please call or email customerservice@pearladelmar.com


Cancellation

If you decide to cancel your order, please notify us within 24 hrs of order placement, we will provide you with a cancellation confirmation email. There are no additional fees for cancellation during this time. Please email customerservice@pearladelmar.com
We are constantly updating our website, however due to technical or human error, if a product is not available at the time of purchase or out of stock, a full refund will be made.


15 Day Return Policy
Please read carefully through the following return policy

We strive to provide excellent customer service. We are confidant our jewelry and/or loose gemstones will meet your expectations. However, if you are not satisfied with the product, you may return it within 15 days of receiving your order.
*All products will be evaluated upon return, items that have been worn, show signs of wear, or damaged by the customer will not be refundable.
*Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs including insuring the product for the original cost, as we provide when we ship the product.
*A 30% re-stocking fee will apply to Custom orders, which include ring resizing. -However, if the error is on our part for sizing or custom orders, we will gladly fix the product.
*Please note,Clearance Items are excluded from returns.
* Invoice, item case and Certificate of Authenticity (if applicable) must be returned with the product
*The product is mailed insured, please Contact us as soon as possible if the package has been damaged in transit.
